Q: How do I transfer my registration code(s) to another computer?

A:
If you have already activated your IncrediMail product registration code on a computer but would like to move it to another computer or enter it again on the same computer after formatting the hard disk, you will need to first remove your registration code, and then enter it in the new installation of IncrediMail.

Removing your codes

To remove your registration codes, please do the following:
  1. In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Help' menu (marked in red) and select 'Licenses...' (marked in blue).

  2. At this point, the 'Licenses' dialog opens. Select the license you wish to remove and click 'Remove' (marked in red).

  3. At this point, the 'Remove Registration Code' dialog opens. Click 'Remove' to remove the license from your IncrediMail.

  4. At this point, the registration code is removed and an '.html' file is created in your Desktop.

  5. Note: Even if you receive an error message when performing this action, the license is removed and the registration file placed on your Desktop.

Entering your codes

To enter your registration code on a new computer, or after formatting your old computer, copy the '.html' file created on your Desktop to the new computer and follow these steps:
  1. Double-click the '.html' registration file.

  2. The '.html' file contains your registration codes and instructions on how to register your codes on another computer. Follow the instructions step-by-step.
