Email Account Settings Assistant
Username:
Your username is provided to you by your email account provider (in most cases your Internet Service Provider) and is usually the first part of your email address (before the @ sign).

For example: If your email address is JohnSmith@exampleISP.com then your username is probably JohnSmith.

Your username can usually be found in the information you received from your internet Service Provider. You can also contact your Internet Service Provider's Technical Support Team to find out what your username is.

Password:
Your password is provided to you by your email account provider (in most cases your Internet Service Provider). If you don't remember your password, you can either look for it in the information you received from your Internet Service Provider or contact your Internet Service Provider's Technical Support Team to find out what your password is.

Note: Passwords are usually case sensitive so make sure that you are typing the letters in their correct case and that your 'Caps Lock' key is not pressed.
Do not hesitate to contact your Internet Service Provider's Technical Support Team for assistance help with any email configuration questions. As a paying customer of theirs, you are entitled to get customer support.
