Q: Why does my incoming email arrive in my 'Deleted Items' folder?

An incorrectly configured Message Rule can cause your incoming email to arrive in the 'Deleted Items' folder instead of your Inbox.

To solve the problem, please do the following to check your Message Rules:
  1. In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Message Rules...'

  2. At this point, the 'Message Rules' dialog opens. Check all your Message Rules to see if there is a Message Rule that directs email to either the 'Deleted Items' folder or to an non-existing folder.

  3. Select the Message Rule, click 'Delete' to remove it from the list and click 'OK' to close the 'Message Rules' dialog.

  4. Note: If you did not find a problematic Message Rule, please delete all your Message Rules, as they may be corrupted.

  5. In the IncrediMail main window, click 'Send/Recv' and verify that your email is received in the Inbox.
