Is it possible to downgrade from IncrediMail 2 to IncrediMail Xe?

Yes, it is possible. However, please note that if you do downgrade from IncrediMail 2 to IncrediMail Xe, all the emails you received while using IncrediMail 2 will not be visible in IncrediMail Xe.

If you still wish to downgrade to IncrediMail Xe, please follow the steps below:

First, you must uninstall the IncrediMail 2 Beta.

  1. To uninstall, click on the Windows 'Start' menu.


  2. Select 'Programs' from the 'Start' menu.


  3. Scroll to 'IncrediMail' and click 'Uninstall IncrediMail'.

After you have uninstalled IncrediMail 2 Beta, click here to download the IncrediMail Xe Setup file.

Once the download has been completed, follow the steps in the Installer to complete the installation.

If I downgrade to IncrediMail Xe, will I lose any personal data?

If you downgrade to IncrediMail Xe from IncrediMail 2, all the emails you received while using IncrediMail 2 will no longer be visible. No personal data will be lost.

How do I use the Bcc\Cc field?

The 'Bcc' (Blind Carbon Copy) field is used to enter email addresses that will be invisible to all other email recipients.

To enable the 'Bcc' feature in IncrediMail 2, follow the steps below:
  1. Open a 'New Message' window by clicking the 'Write' icon in the top right-hand corner of the IncrediMail Inbox.

  2. In the 'New Message' window, click the 'View' drop-down menu and select 'CC/Bcc Fields’.

Note: In order to view the menu bar, click on the arrow next to the 'Menu' option at the top right-hand corner of the 'New Message' Window.

You can also make the 'CC/BCC' fields visible by clicking the 'CC/BCC' icon to the far right of the 'To' line of the 'New Message'.

Why is every recipient I correspond with automatically added to the Address Book?

This is one of the new automatic features of the new IncrediMail Address Book.

Where can I find the Font Menu, and how do I set my favorite font?

First, click the 'Write' icon in the IncrediMail Inbox to open a 'New Message' window. To display the list of fonts, click the 'Font drop-down menu' on the far left of the 'New Message' toolbar.

At the top of the 'Font drop-down menu', you will find the 'Set my favorite font' option.

How can I delete unwanted Notifiers?

To delete an unwanted Notifier, first open the 'Notifier Menu' by clicking the Notifier icon in the IncrediMail Inbox toolbar. Next, select the Notifier you would like to delete and click the 'Delete' key on your computer keyboard

Can I use Skins from IncrediMail Xe in IncrediMail 2?

Not for the time being. IncrediMail 2 has a different collection of Skins that you can download from the IncrediMail Online Gallery. Please note that all other IncrediMail Xe features and content are compatible with IncrediMail 2.

How do I switch between Identities in IncrediMail 2?

In order to switch between Identities in IncrediMail 2, first click on your profile name in the upper left-hand side of the IncrediMail Inbox. A drop down menu will appear -Select the option 'Manage Identities'.

You can also switch between Identities by clicking the 'Tools' dropdown menu in the menu bar and selecting 'Identities'.

Where is the ‘Print’ button?

You can find the 'Print' button either by double clicking on any email in your IncrediMail Inbox or by opening a 'New Message' window. You can print the email by clicking 'File' in the menu bar and selecting 'Print' from the drop-down menu.

Note: Pressing CTRL + P on your keyword will also print any email.

Where is the 'Addresses' button?

The 'Addresses' button has been removed from the main window in IncrediMail 2.

In order to view your Address Book, click 'Tools' in the menu bar and select 'Address Book' from the drop-down menu. You can also click 'Contacts' in IncrediMail’s folders view section.

Why doesn’t my 3D Magic work in IncrediMail 2?

At the moment, IncrediMail 2 has only one 3D effect for sending and receiving emails. 3D Magic will be compatible with IncrediMail 2 in the near future.

Where is the 'Reply to All' option located?

In order to locate the 'Reply to All' option, click the arrow beneath the 'Reply' button located in the main toolbar. A dropdown menu will appear - click the 'Reply to All' option.

Where do I find the 'Advanced Account Access' option?

In order to find the 'Advanced Account Access' option, click CTRL+ M. You can also click beneath the 'Get Mail' button in the Inbox toolbar and select 'Advanced Account Access' from the drop-down menu.

After I upgraded to IncrediMail 2, my menu bar disappeared. Where can I find it?

In order to show\hide the menu bar, click the arrow next to the word 'Menu' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
