IncrediMail upgrade – Known Issues

We have recently released an update for IncrediMail. We alerted our users by releasing a pop-up message recommending that our users update to the latest version of IncrediMail in order to ensure that they have the most enjoyable IncrediMail experience.

Although this update improves IncrediMail’s overall performance, there are still a few small problems that users have encountered after updating the application. For your convenience, we have created a list of these issues and effective solutions.

IncrediMail reboot loop

Description: After you have updated IncrediMail, you are constantly asked to reboot your computer in order to complete the upgrade.

Solution: Please click here. Next, click ‘Run’ in the File Download dialog and click 'Run' again when asked to run the software.

Installation script error / Fatal error

Description: While updating your IncrediMail, you receive an error message with the title: Installation Script Error or Fatal Error. This is followed by the termination of the upgrade.

Solution: Please click here to download and install a fixed version of the IncrediMail upgrade. This should solve the issue.

We apologize for any problems that may have occurred during your upgrade. We are currently working around the clock to resolve the issues mentioned above.
