Q: How do I configure my Gmail email account in IncrediMail?

Gmail is an email account service provided by the popular search engine Google. To configure your Gmail account in IncrediMail, please follow these simple steps:
  1. Click here to open the Gmail web-site. Enter your Gmail username and password in the appropriate fields (marked in red) and click 'Sign in' (marked in blue).

  2. Click 'Settings' in the top-right corner (marked in red), to configure your Gmail account settings.

  3. Click 'Forwarding and POP' (marked in red), select the 'Enable POP for all mail' option (marked in blue), click 'Save Changes' (marked in green) and close the browser window.

  4. Now that your Gmail account is correctly configured, open IncrediMail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts...'.

  5. At this point, the 'Mail Accounts' dialog opens. Click 'Add' (marked in red) to configure your Gmail account.

  6. At this point, the 'Account Wizard' dialog opens. Select the 'Let me configure settings myself' option (marked in red) and click 'Next' (marked in blue).

  7. Please enter your name (as you would like it to appear on the email you send) and your Gmail email address in the appropriate fields and click Next (marked in red).

  8. Enter your Gmail account name and password and click 'Finish' (marked in red).

  9. Your Gmail email account is now correctly configured in IncrediMail and you can use it to send and receive your email.
