Q: I entered my Gold Gallery registration code, but when I try to download Gold content I am asked to purchase a subscription. What should I do?

If you entered your Gold Gallery registration code yet you are still being asked to purchase a Gold Gallery subscription when downloading content from the Gold Gallery, you may need to change your Internet Explorer settings to allow you access to the Gold Gallery content. To do so, follow these simple steps:
  1. Open Internet Explorer, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'.

  2. At this point, the 'Internet Options' dialog opens. In the 'General' tab, click 'Delete Cookies...' (marked in red) and click 'OK' when asked to confirm this.

  3. Select the 'Programs' tab and click 'Reset Web Settings...' (marked in red). When asked to confirm this, click 'Yes'.

  4. Select the 'Advanced' tab and click 'Restore Defaults' (marked in red).

  5. Click 'OK' to close the 'Internet Options' dialog, close any open windows you may have and open IncrediMail.

  6. Now you can open your Internet Explorer and continue to download and enjoy content from the Gold Gallery.
