IncrediMail Global Hotkeys

IncrediMail Global Hotkeys are special keyboard shortcuts that you can use by pressing the assisgned key on your keyboard for certain IncrediMail features, no matter what window or program you are currently using. For your convenience, these hotkeys operate even when IncrediMail is closed.

The Global Hotkeys are as follows:

1. F6 - Check for new messages
   
   
2. F10 - Compose a new message
   
   
3. F12 - Open IncrediMail main window
   
   

To activate the IncrediMail Global Hotkeys, please follow these simple steps:

1. In the IncrediMail main window, click the 'Tools' menu (marked in red) and select 'Options...' (marked in blue).
   
   



2. At this point, the 'Options' dialog opens. Select the 'Advanced' tab (marked in red) and check the 'Use IncrediMail Hotkeys (F6, F10, F12)' checkbox (marked in blue).
   
   



3. Click 'OK' to close the 'Options' dialog and you may begin using the IncrediMail Global Hotkeys.
