Q: I am unable to send email containing attachments. What should I do?

A:
You can attach images, movie clips or other files, to your outgoing email and send them to your email recipient, by simply opening a new message and clicking 'Attachment'.

If you are unable to send email with attached files, please follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope), located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock), and select 'Exit'.

  2. Windows 2000 or XP users: Browse to the following locations and delete all the files you find there:

    1. C:\WINNT\Temp

    2. C:\Documents and Settings\Profile Name (Logon Name)\Local Settings\Temp

    3. C:\Documents and Settings\Profile Name (Logon Name)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

  3. Note: If you cannot view the 'Local Settings' folder, click here.

    Windows 98 or ME users: Browse to the following location and all the files you find there:

    1. C:\Windows\Temp

    2. C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files

  4. Open IncrediMail again and try to send email with attachments.
