Q: How do I send email to more than one contact?
A:
If you send identical email to more than one contact, you can easily create a group and send several contacts the same email.
To create a group of email contacts, simply follow these steps:
In the IncrediMail main window, click the arrow (marked in
red
) in the 'Key Contacts' pane and select
'New Group...'
.
At this point the
'Group Properties'
dialog opens. Select any contacts you wish to add to the group and click
'Add'
(marked in
red
).
Note:
To remove contacts from the group, click
'Remove'
(marked in
blue
).
Enter the group name in the 'Group Name' field and check the
'Add to Key Contacts'
checkbox if you prefer to add this group to your 'Key Contact' list
Click
'OK'
to close the
'Group Properties'
dialog and add your new group to your IncrediMail Address Book.
