Clicking IncrediMail 'Help' menu items or browser links in my email has no effect. What should I do?
Browser links are texts that direct you to a browser document or web page, and are usually underlined or marked in some way. If you click browser links that you receive in your email, or click the IncrediMail menu items and nothing happens, you may need to reset your Internet Explorer settings.
To reset your Internet Explorer settings, please follow these steps:
Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon in the lower right-hand corner (near the computer clock) and select 'Exit'.
Open Internet Explorer, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...'.
At this point, the 'Internet Options' dialog opens. Select the 'Programs' tab and click 'Reset Web Settings...' (marked in red). When asked to confirm this, click 'Yes'.
Select the 'Advanced' tab and click 'Restore Defaults' (marked in red).
Click 'OK' to close the 'Internet Options' dialog, close any open windows you may have and open IncrediMail.
You can now click on a link to open it in a new browser window or use the IncrediMail Help Menu links.
