Q: Why are there no fonts listed in my Letter Creator?

A:
An error may have occurred during the Letter Creator installation and you may need to re-install your 'fonts.txt' file.

To re-install the file, please do the following:
  1. Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope) that is located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock) and select 'Exit'.

  2. Click here and save the 'fonts.zip' file to your Desktop.

  3. Extract the contents of the 'fonts.zip' file to the following location:

    C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Data

  4. Note: If you installed IncrediMail in another location, browse to that location.

  5. At this point, the 'Confirm File Replace' dialog opens. Click 'Yes' (marked in red) and replace the old file with the newer version.

  6. You may now continue using your Letter Creator with all the fonts correctly installed.
