Q: Why are there no fonts listed in my Letter Creator?
A:
An error may have occurred during the Letter Creator installation and you may need to re-install your
'fonts.txt'
file.
To re-install the file, please do the following:
Right-click the IncrediMail Tray Icon (orange envelope) that is located in the lower right corner (near the computer clock) and select
'Exit'
.
Click here
and save the
'fonts.zip'
file to your Desktop.
Extract the contents of the
'fonts.zip'
file to the following location:
C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Data
Note:
If you installed IncrediMail in another location, browse to that location.
At this point, the
'Confirm File Replace'
dialog opens. Click
'Yes'
(marked in
red
) and replace the old file with the newer version.
You may now continue using your Letter Creator with all the fonts correctly installed.
