Q: How do I install or upgrade my IncrediMail?

A: To install or upgrade your IncrediMail, please follow these steps:

Note: You do not need to uninstall IncrediMail before upgrading.
  1. Click here to download IncrediMail.

    2. Note: If you use Windows XP, at this point the 'File Download - Security Warning' dialog opens. Click 'Run' (marked in red) to begin the download. When the download completes, click 'Run' again to begin the IncrediMail installation

  2. Once the download completes, the 'IncrediMail Installation' dialog opens. Select your language and click 'Next' (marked in red).

  3. Once the installation process completes, IncrediMail opens automatically and you are ready to begin using your IncrediMail.
